White Magic WO-1918 enables complete, residue-free removal of labels from glass bottles in standard hot caustic wash systems. Designed for returnable bottle programs in the beverage and liquor industries.
How It Works
Bottles pass through 2% NaOH solution at 75–80°C for 2–3 minutes. The adhesive's hydrophilic activators trigger, water penetrates the film, and the label floats free — zero residue.
