White Magic BATT-1000 – Acid Resistant PSA for Battery Labels

White Magic BATT-1000 is a water-based acrylic PSA formulated for labelling lead-acid batteries. It resists sulphuric acid fumes and electrolyte contact, maintaining adhesion on polypropylene battery casings. For automotive, inverter, telecom tower, and solar battery manufacturers.
Key Features
High cohesive strength holds at high coat weights and resists edge ooze. Acid resistance suits battery label environments, and heat resistance retains the bond at elevated service temperature. The adhesive is non-migratory, so there is no plasticiser migration or face stock staining. It covers a broad substrate range, bonding PU and EVA foams to plastic, metal and cellulosics, and wets low-density foam surfaces without collapsing them.
Method of Application
Apply by reverse roll, Meyer bar, brush, screen coating or knife coating. Use as received, or dilute to reach the application viscosity your line needs.
Shelf Life & Storage
Four months in the original sealed container. Store in a cool, dry, shaded place at 5°C to 35°C. Available in 55 kg and 220 kg pack sizes.
